Summit Royalties Ltd. agreed to acquire Star Royalties Ltd. via a court-approved plan of arrangement under Canada’s CBCA. The transaction will be structured as an exchange of 0.360 Summit shares for each Star share, and is expected to close in Q2 2026 (and was later announced as successfully completed on July 3, 2026).
