An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners completed a majority investment in Anderson Business Advisors, a Las Vegas-based provider of entity formation, registered agent, tax and bookkeeping services for real estate investors. Management and employees reinvested proceeds to retain a significant minority stake, and Sun Capital intends to pursue a buy-and-build strategy to scale the business and increase market share.
