Sunbelt Modular Inc., a Littlejohn & Co.-backed modular building platform, has acquired BRITCO Structures USA, a Texas-based manufacturer of commercial modular structures. The deal expands Sunbelt's national footprint and capabilities for delivering government, education, healthcare, housing and other complex modular projects; terms were not disclosed.
