Sunbelt Rentals has acquired Van's Equipment Co., a two-location construction equipment rental company serving the Denver metro (with branches in Dacono and Aurora). The acquisition expands Sunbelt's presence in the Rocky Mountain region; SDR Ventures served as exclusive sell-side advisor to Van's.
