Suncrete, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMIX) completed its acquisition of Hope Concrete, LLC for about $39.38 million in net cash plus rollover equity issued to certain sellers. The deal expands Suncrete’s footprint into Texas and Louisiana, with Hope operating 10 ready-mix plants and 88 mixer trucks in North Texas and Southern Louisiana.
