SunDensity Acquires QD Solar to Launch SunDensity Canada

SunDensity, Inc. has acquired QD Solar, Inc. in an asset purchase and formed a wholly owned subsidiary, SunDensity Canada, to expand its solar materials and coatings capabilities. The deal brings QD Solar's perovskite-based photovoltaic materials and team into SunDensity's development program to accelerate technology development and pursue higher-efficiency tandem solar modules.
