Sunvair Aerospace Group Acquires Aircraft Systems

Sunvair Aerospace Group acquired Aircraft Systems, a Miami-based FAA and EASA 145 repair station specializing in repair and overhaul of aircraft components across multiple disciplines including hydraulics, landing gear, electronics, and airframe-related systems. The deal is intended to expand Sunvair’s accessories and component capabilities and strengthen its position as a full-spectrum maintenance, repair, and overhaul provider for commercial and cargo operators worldwide.

AxioAero Group Acquires Airway Aerospace LLC

Greenbriar Equity Group Acquires Sunvair Aerospace Group from Blue Sea Capital

Yingling Aviation Acquires Mid-Continent Aviation Services

Yingling Aviation, a PE-backed full-service MRO and FBO, has acquired Mid-Continent Aviation Services (MCAS), a Wichita-based aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider operating an 80,000+ sq. ft. facility at Dwight D. The deal, backed by AE Industrial Partners, expands Yingling's MRO capacity and technical capabilities in the strategic Wichita market; financial terms were not disclosed.
