SureWerx Acquires MEGAComfort International Inc.

SureWerx has acquired MEGAComfort International Inc., adding the ergonomic, dual-layer memory foam insole maker to its safety footwear and accessories portfolio. The deal is an add-on to SureWerx's platform backed by private equity firm The Riverside Company and is intended to expand SureWerx's foot-safety offering and distributor reach.
