SureWerx has acquired the NEOS Overshoe brand from Rocky Brands, Inc. The transaction was executed as an add-on to SureWerx, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company, with Riverside supporting the investment to expand NEOS through marketing, e-commerce and SureWerx’s distribution network.
