Svanehøj (ITT) Acquires Köhler & Hörter GmbH (KOHO)

ITT's Svanehøj business has acquired Köhler & Hörter GmbH (KOHO), a family-owned compressor manufacturer based in Hagen, Germany. The deal expands Svanehøj's product portfolio from cryogenic pumps into reciprocating compressor systems, strengthening ITT's offering for marine and gas-handling applications including LNG, hydrogen and ammonia.
