Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) has acquired Central Valley Sweeping, LLC and Vacusweep, LLC, two family-owned power-sweeping businesses based in Visalia and Bakersfield, California. The acquisitions expand SCA's California footprint as part of its ongoing roll-up strategy; terms were not disclosed and the Companies' management will remain in place.
