Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA), a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, has acquired West Sweeping Services Holdings, LLC — a Broadtree Partners–backed platform comprising Contract Sweeping, Statewide Construction Sweeping, and Szeremi Sweeping. Terms were not disclosed; the deal expands SCA's footprint and consolidates municipal, construction and industrial power-sweeping capabilities in California and beyond.
