Axos Nevada Holding, a subsidiary of Axos Financial, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Arc Technologies, a financial technology platform offering cash management, capital markets, and AI-powered financial software. The acquisition is expected to enhance Axos’s ability to serve small businesses underserved by traditional banks and to expand Axos’s AI capabilities through Arc’s financial intelligence and agentic finance tools.

Accenture Acquires Excelmax Technologies

Accenture has acquired Excelmax Technologies, a Bangalore-based semiconductor design services provider, expanding Accenture's silicon design and engineering capabilities. Excelmax brings roughly 450 professionals and expertise across emulation, physical design, analog, logic design and verification to support edge AI, data center and automotive chip design; terms were not disclosed.

Axcel (Alpine Investors) Acquires Accelebrate to Expand IT Training Portfolio

Axcel, the Alpine Investors‑backed professional education platform, has acquired Accelebrate, an Atlanta‑based IT training company, and will integrate it with its IT training business Web Age Solutions. Accelebrate founder Steve Heckler will remain involved as an advisor while Accelebrate works with Tim Toomey, CEO of Web Age, to scale instructor‑led on‑site and online training for financial services, government, and technology clients.

Ascend Technologies Acquires Switchfast Technologies

Verisk Acquires FAST from NexPhase Capital

Verisk Analytics has agreed to acquire Flexible Architecture & Simplified Technology, LLC (FAST) from NexPhase Capital (co-managed with Moelis Capital Partners) for $193.5 million. FAST is a New Jersey–based provider of SaaS policy administration, new business and distribution management software for life insurers; NexPhase partnered with FAST in 2015 and helped transition the business to a recurring revenue model.
