SyBridge Technologies, a PE‑backed industrial technology platform created by Crestview Partners, completed add-on acquisitions of Action Tooling LLC in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Lakeshore Fixture & Gauge Ltd. in Windsor, Ontario. The deals expand SyBridge's Tech & Services business unit—adding a Midwest service center and in‑house fixture/gauge manufacturing and certification capabilities—to broaden geographic coverage and in‑house technical capabilities for mobility, life sciences and consumer end markets.
