Symphony Technology Group Acquires Eka Software Solutions and Merges It with Quor Group

Symphony Technology Group (STG) has acquired Bengaluru-based Eka Software Solutions, a provider of commodity trade and risk management (CTRM) and supply chain software, and will merge Eka into its existing portfolio company Quor Group. The transaction brings together Eka's vertical CTRM SaaS capabilities in soft commodities and energy with Quor's metals-focused CTRM platform to create a broader, global commodity management software suite.
