T-Mobile US has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ka'ena Corporation and its subsidiaries and brands, including Mint Mobile, Ultra Mobile, and wholesale wireless provider Plum. T-Mobile will pay up to $1.35 billion (39% cash and 61% stock), with the transaction expected to close later in 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.

Funds advised by Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus have agreed to acquire T-Mobile Netherlands Holding B.V. from Deutsche Telekom AG and Tele2 AB in a deal valuing the company at an enterprise value of €5.1 billion. Under the new ownership, T-Mobile Netherlands will become an independent Dutch company and the buyers plan to support management in accelerating network and fibre-to-the-home growth while continuing to expand its consumer and fixed-broadband customer base.
