T. Parker Host Acquires Transmarine Navigation Corporation

T. Parker Host has acquired Transmarine Navigation Corporation, combining two leading U.S. ship agencies to create the nation's largest tramp ship agency and expanding HOST's footprint into the Pacific Coast and Hawaii. The deal brings Transmarine’s long-standing West Coast and Hawaii operations under HOST’s national infrastructure, technology and terminal capabilities to enhance service offerings and geographic coverage.
