T. Rowe Price to Acquire F/m Investments

T. Rowe Price Group has agreed to acquire F/m Investments, a fixed income asset manager and ETF specialist with about $19 billion in assets under management. The deal is expected to deepen T. Rowe Price’s fixed income capabilities by expanding its fixed income ETF franchise and its separately managed account (SMA) business, with closing expected in early 2027 (terms undisclosed).
