Talica Acquires Hard Anodize, Inc. to Expand Precision Metal Finishing Platform

Talica acquired Hard Anodize, a Minneapolis-area provider of precision aluminum anodizing and specialized surface treatment services. The acquisition expands Talica’s aerospace, defense, and medical device surface-technology capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Upper Midwest, serving mission-critical, highly regulated manufacturing customers across North America.
