Talos Acquires D3X Systems

Talos, a provider of institutional digital-asset trading technology, has acquired D3X Systems, a portfolio-engineering SaaS platform that supports systematic investment strategies. The acquisition brings pre-trade portfolio design, back-testing, optimization and risk attribution capabilities into Talos's trading platform to better serve institutional clients such as ETF issuers, RIAs and SMA providers.
