Tang+Company Acquires CanQualify

Tang+Company has acquired CanQualify, a web-based supplier prequalification and risk management platform, to expand its occupational health, safety, and supplier compliance capabilities. CanQualify will continue to operate independently under Tang+Company, enabling an integrated offering across contractor prequalification, employee screening, training and workforce health services; full integration is targeted for early 2026 (Q1 2026).
