Tangent Technologies, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, completed the acquisition of Bedford Technology at the end of February. The deal brings together two recycled HDPE plastic-lumber manufacturers, expanding Tangent's product lines, North American facility footprint and sustainable manufacturing capabilities.
