Blue Point Capital Partners’ portfolio company TAS Environmental Services has acquired Texas Water Management, a liquid waste transportation provider operating primarily across the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. The add-on expands TAS’s liquid waste capabilities and strengthens its geographic density in the Gulf Coast region as part of TAS’s growth strategy under Blue Point.
