FactSet Acquires CUSIP Global Services from S&P Global

FactSet completed the acquisition of CUSIP Global Services (CGS) from S&P Global Inc. for approximately $1.925 billion, adding CGS into its Content and Technology Solutions business. CGS will continue to steward the CUSIP system in partnership with the American Bankers Association, and FactSet financed the transaction with a combination of senior notes, new credit facilities and cash on hand.

Tata Consultancy Services Acquires Coastal Cloud for $700 Million

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Coastal Cloud, a U.S.-based Salesforce consulting firm, in an all-cash transaction valued at $700 million. Coastal Cloud will be acquired for a 100% stake and will continue to operate under the Coastal brand while leveraging TCS’s global scale and AI capabilities.

Varian Medical Systems to Acquire Cancer Treatment Services International from TPG Growth

Varian Medical Systems has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cancer Treatment Services International (CTSI) from TPG Growth / Asia Healthcare Holdings for $283 million. CTSI operates a network of oncology hospitals, diagnostic and treatment services across India and South Asia (including the American Oncology Institute and AmPath), employs more than 1,500 people, and the deal is expected to close in roughly two weeks subject to customary conditions.

NEC to Acquire CSG Systems International
