Taylor Farms and Foodiverse Acquire Bonduelle's Packaged Salad Business in Germany

Taylor Farms and Foodiverse have completed the acquisition of Bonduelle Group's packaged/ready-to-eat salad operations in Germany (production sites including Straelen, Reutlingen and Thurländer). Foodiverse will operate the unified German businesses under the Greenfresh brand, strengthening the buyers' presence and production capacity in the German and broader European fresh-packaged salad market.
