TEAM Services Group, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, has partnered with Circle of Life Home Care Anishinaabe, a Native-founded home care agency, to bring Circle of Life into TEAM Public Choices (TPC) as an add-on acquisition. Circle of Life operates more than 20 locations and serves roughly 1,500 clients across multiple states; Vertess Advisors represented Circle of Life on the sell-side.
