Teamshares Inc. has acquired Success Printing and Mailing, Inc., a Shelton, Connecticut-based commercial print and mailing company. The transaction, which closed in July 2023, transitions the business to employee ownership with the sellers Robert (Bob) Hurwitz and Joe Plescia staying on through the handover.
