Teamshares completed its previously announced business combination with SPAC sponsor Live Oak Acquisition Corp. V after Live Oak shareholders approved the deal at an extraordinary general meeting on June 16, 2026. The closing brought an additional $126.5 million in PIPE capital and positioned the combined company to operate as Teamshares Inc., expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker TMS.
