TeamSystem has agreed to acquire Morning (formerly Green Invoice), an Israeli SaaS business management and invoicing platform, from Fortissimo. The deal gives TeamSystem access to Morning’s ~150,000 active business customers and Open Banking capabilities as it expands its cloud business-management and fintech offerings.
