Tech24, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired Commercial Kitchen Repairs, Inc. (CKR) on February 16, 2023. CKR, based in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, provides repair, preventative maintenance and installation services for commercial cooking equipment across restaurants, schools, hospitals and grocery stores in the greater Philadelphia area; the deal is Tech24's fifteenth add-on to expand its technician workforce and customer base in the northeastern U.S.
