Tecum Capital Leads Investment in CM Industries

Tecum Capital has made an investment in CM Industries, a Lake Zurich, Illinois-based manufacturer of welding equipment and consumable welding supplies, joining with CM Industries' senior management, Stacker Holdings, and Salem Investment Partners as co-investors. The capital will support expansion of CM Industries' manufacturing capacity and geographic reach across distributor channels serving markets in the United States, Mexico, Canada and Germany.
