Teladoc Health Acquires UpLift for $30M

Teladoc Health has acquired virtual mental health provider UpLift in an all-cash $30 million deal, with up to $15 million in contingent earnouts. UpLift — which serves the health plan market, covers over 100 million lives and has a network of ~1,500 providers — will be folded into Teladoc's BetterHelp segment to enable insurance-covered mental health services and expand payer-facing capabilities.

Teladoc Health to Acquire Catapult Health in $65 Million Deal

Teladoc Health has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Catapult Health for $65 million in an all-cash transaction, plus up to $5 million in contingent earnout consideration. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025 and will integrate Catapult Health’s at-home preventive care and clinical support model into Teladoc Health’s Integrated Care segment.

Fabric Acquires TeamHealth VirtualCare Service Line from TeamHealth

Teladoc Health Acquires InTouch Health

The deal expands Teladoc’s clinical capabilities and enterprise telehealth footprint—bringing InTouch’s hospital-focused platform, purpose-built devices and managed services into Teladoc’s global virtual care offering; InTouch posted ~ $80 million in 2019 revenue and the transaction was expected to close by end of Q2 2020.
