Teledyne Technologies Incorporated has entered into an agreement through a wholly-owned subsidiary to acquire ETM-Electromatic, Inc. (ETM). ETM designs and manufactures high-power microwave and high-energy X-ray subsystems used in cancer radiotherapy, defense, and X-ray security applications.
