Tenable Holdings to Acquire Eureka Security

Tenable Holdings has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Eureka Security, a provider of data security posture management (DSPM) for cloud environments. The acquisition is expected to close this month and will integrate Eureka’s DSPM capabilities into Tenable’s CNAPP and Tenable Cloud Security platform later this year.
