Tendit Group Acquires Birrell Services

Tendit Group, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, has acquired Salt Lake City–area Birrell Services, a provider of commercial pressure washing, snow removal, parking lot sweeping, striping, landscaping and other exterior facility services. The add-on expands Tendit Group’s geographic footprint into Utah and broadens its exterior facilities services coverage across the Mountain West.
