The acquisition expands Lynx's portfolio into national telecommunications and electrical network services, leveraging MNM's design & build and manufacturing capabilities across the U.S. and Canada.

Blue Ocean Acquisition Corp Merges with TNL Mediagene; TNL Mediagene Lists on NASDAQ

TNL Mediagene completed its previously announced business combination with special-purpose acquisition company Blue Ocean Acquisition Corp and began trading on NASDAQ under the ticker TNMG on December 6, 2024. The combined company is a pan-Asian digital media and data group operating brands in Japan and Taiwan and offers advertising technology, data products, events and e-commerce services to advertisers and consumers.

Tenzing Acquires Mandata from LDC

Mandata is a SaaS-based TMS serving UK haulage and carrier SMEs (about 120 employees, ~2,000 customers); financial terms were not disclosed and the deal follows LDC's 2018 investment that supported acquisitive growth and product development.
