Environmental 360 Solutions Acquires Marcotte Disposal and Transco Recycling to Enter the United States

Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) entered the United States by completing the acquisition of Marcotte Disposal Co. (and related Marcotte entities) and Transco Recycling Inc., establishing its first operating platform in the U.S. The acquired operations serve the Port Huron, Michigan and Greater Sarnia, Ontario corridor with residential curbside collection, dumpster services, and waste transfer services.

TerraCycle Commercial Acquires NLR Inc

TerraCycle Commercial TM, a division of TerraCycle, Inc., acquired Connecticut-based NLR Inc., a universal regulated waste recycler. NLR will join TerraCycle Commercial to expand regulated and universal waste recycling collection capacity across the Northeast, while NLR customers retain their same service contacts.

Tide Rock Acquires Global Electronics Recycling

Tide Rock, an unlevered buyout firm, has acquired Phoenix-based Global Electronics Recycling (GER) and will integrate GER into its existing portfolio company Full Circle Electronics. The deal expands Tide Rock's national electronics recycling footprint and strengthens capabilities and customer relationships in aerospace & defense, communications and solar panel recycling; Tracey Haslam, CEO of Full Circle Electronics, will lead the integration.

Interstate Waste Services, a privately held vertically integrated waste and recycling operator based in Teaneck, New Jersey, has acquired Solterra Recycling Solutions of Ewing Township, New Jersey. The acquisition expands IWS's collection and processing footprint across central and southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia market, adds nearly 300 employees, and aims to improve operational efficiencies and reduce GHG emissions by leveraging IWS's rail-served disposal network and facilities.

Northstar Recycling Acquires Complete Recycling
