Environmental 360 Solutions Acquires Marcotte Disposal and Transco Recycling to Enter the United States

Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) entered the United States by completing the acquisition of Marcotte Disposal Co. (and related Marcotte entities) and Transco Recycling Inc., establishing its first operating platform in the U.S. The acquired operations serve the Port Huron, Michigan and Greater Sarnia, Ontario corridor with residential curbside collection, dumpster services, and waste transfer services.
