Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) has acquired Montreal-based Anachem Ltd., a family-owned hazardous and non-hazardous waste treatment and recycling business. The deal provides E360S a beachhead in the Montreal market and retains Jason Zieba to operate the business while the sellers transition to retirement.
