Tessolve, a Hero Electronix venture headquartered in Bangalore, has acquired Pico2Femto Semiconductor (P2fsemi) to strengthen its silicon design and physical design capabilities. The deal brings P2fsemi's 100+ physical design experts (advanced nodes down to 3nm) into Tessolve's ASIC/SoC design offerings, expanding end-to-end turnkey silicon services.
