Tetra Tech Acquires Piteau Associates

Tetra Tech, Inc. has acquired Piteau Associates, a Vancouver-based geotechnical, hydrogeological and water resources consulting firm, to expand its sustainable water management and geotechnical capabilities. The terms were not disclosed; Piteau will join Tetra Tech’s Commercial/International Services Group and broaden the firm’s technical offering and global footprint.
