Texan Insurance, a family-owned full-service insurance agency based in Houston, has acquired Austin-based J&M Insurance, a provider of personal and commercial insurance founded in 2005. The deal will keep the J&M team in place and expand Texan Insurance's service offerings and market presence across Texas.
