Textron Inc. has sold its Energy Manufacturing and Williams Machine and Tool (E&W) business to Eastport Operating Partners alongside the E&W management group. The Monticello, Iowa–based business (approximately 170 employees) manufactures welded hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps and reservoirs serving light construction, waste handling, agricultural and truck equipment end-markets; terms were not disclosed.
