An affiliate of Beekman Investment Partners IV (The Beekman Group) completed a majority recapitalization of Eclipse Fitness Group, a Planet Fitness franchisee operating 20 clubs across Georgia and Florida. The transaction partners Beekman with Eclipse's management team, led by co-founder and CEO Toby Hines, to fund new club openings and potential acquisitions of other Planet Fitness franchisee networks.
