The Rapid Group, a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired O&M Solutions, LLC, a Freehold, New Jersey-based provider of operations and maintenance services for wastewater treatment plants. The add-on expands TRG's presence across the Northeastern U.S. and strengthens its water/wastewater service offerings; LBC Credit Partners provided financing and advisors were disclosed for both sides.

The Byng Group Acquires RC Legnini Company

Ontario-based The Byng Group has acquired U.S.-based RC Legnini (RCL) Company, a general contracting firm serving the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, to expand Byng's multi-family renovation footprint in the United States. The deal combines Byng's scale and tech-enabled renovation capabilities with RCL's regional construction expertise to accelerate geographic expansion and enhance service capabilities for multi-family, senior living and commercial clients.

Unity Partners, a principles-based private equity firm, has completed a strategic investment in The Byng Group, a Toronto-based provider of end-to-end unit turnover, repair and renovation services for multifamily and senior living properties. The capital will support Byng’s U.S. geographic expansion, employee ownership program rollout, and continued organic growth and M&A initiatives; terms were not disclosed.

Restoration Builders (RB Residential) Acquires Massey Construction Group

Restoration Builders Holdings, through its subsidiary RB Residential, completed an asset purchase of Massey Construction Group, a top-rated roofing services provider in Southwest Florida. Founder Mark Massey will join Restoration Builders in an expanded managerial role as the acquisition expands Restoration Builders' national footprint and service offering.

R&R Sanitation (Greenleaf Capital Partners) Acquires Outdoor Restrooms, Inc.

The add-on expands R&R Sanitation’s service area in the greater Kansas City market and brings ORI’s portable restroom, VIP trailer and sanitation-station capabilities into the R&R platform; terms were not disclosed.
