The Chartis Group, an Audax Private Equity portfolio company, has acquired crankfrog, a national payer advisory firm, to expand Chartis' payer capabilities in strategy, operations, digital and IT. Founder and CEO Atul Pathiyal will lead Chartis Consulting's Payer Practice following the transaction; 7 Mile Advisors served as buyside advisor.
