The Clear Group (Clear Insurance Management Ltd), a PE-backed chartered insurance broker, has acquired two UK broking firms: HIA International (Coventry/Bedford) and Luker Rowe Chartered Insurance Brokers (Amersham). The deals expand Clear's niche capabilities in property, pet and events insurance and build on its Brokerbility network as part of an ongoing acquisition-led growth strategy.
