The Colony Group Adds GYL Financial Synergies

The Colony Group, a Focus Financial Partners firm, has integrated GYL Financial Synergies in a transaction completed on November 1, 2024, adding more than $6.6 billion in regulatory assets under management and bringing Colony’s office count to 100. The GYL team will join Colony’s institutional practice and former GYL CEO Gerry Goldberg will become a Division President at Colony to help expand advisory and institutional consulting capabilities.
