The Hiller Companies, LLC acquired Chester, Virginia-based Fire Defense Services, Inc., expanding Hiller's Virginia footprint into the greater Richmond metropolitan area. Fire Defense Services' leadership and staff, including owners Todd Joyner and Joe Vaughan, will transition to the Hiller brand and continue day-to-day operations under Hiller Richmond.
