The IMA Group has acquired Medical Research Network (MRN) LLC, a New York City–based clinical research site specializing in psychiatry and neurology (CNS) trials. MRN will continue to operate under its current name and leadership (founder and CEO Dr. Michael R. Liebowitz), and the deal expands IMA's CNS footprint with its first East Coast CNS-dedicated location.
